Growth Strategy
- L.E.A.D. (Learn Evolve Act Deliver) the program was meant to equip each revenue function team member with relevant knowledge about the latest in the Marketing & Media environment of today.
- The curriculum was designed after taking inputs from the various MDP & EDP programs run by several top Management Institutes in the country.
- This program was designed & conducted by Mr. Sai Nagesh who is a veteran in the Media Industry. It also saw external speakers sharing their expert domain knowledge thus enriching the employees.
- Apart from periodic training & development programs, the Agency offers monthly performance incentives that are target-based.
- Ops incentive for staff members in order to recognize the non-revenue functions’ contribution in the Agency growth.
- There is a functional “Sexual Harassment Committee” headed by Ms. Ritcha who is a seasoned law professional. Periodic review meetings are conducted to ensure safety at the workplace for women
- The growing number of women employees is testimony to our belief in inclusive growth.
Initiatives are taken to uplift the employees’ confidence & morale during Pandemic
- Understanding that “Work From Home” and “Work For Home” was giving tough times in already tough situations, we undertook various engagement and awareness programs like wellness programs, variety of entertainment programs where employees and their families were involved in performances
- Vaccination program was conducted during the peak shortage period for employees and their families giving solace in panic times.
- COVID insurance was subscribed and paid for employees.
- Apart from the above, the top management conducted “Town Hall” and various other channels of communication with the entire team at regular intervals.
